Founded as Allwin Engineering Industries

The journey begins as Allwin Engineering Industries is established as a partnership firm, laying the foundation for what would become one of Pakistan's most respected automotive parts manufacturers.

1963

Incorporated as Private Limited Company

The firm is incorporated as a Private Limited Company, marking a significant step in its organizational growth and setting the stage for large-scale industrial manufacturing.

1966

Publicly Listed on Stock Exchange

The company goes public and lists on the stock exchange, opening its doors to broader investment and demonstrating confidence in its long-term manufacturing vision.

1988

Technical Collaboration with Hitachi Astemo

A landmark technical collaboration is established with Hitachi Astemo (formerly Showa Corporation), bringing world-class Japanese manufacturing technology and quality standards to the company's operations.

1994

Partnership with Honda Foundry

A technical partnership with Honda Foundry Co., Ltd. is forged for the manufacturing of high-precision pistons, elevating the company's cast iron foundry capabilities to meet stringent Japanese standards.

2001

Toyo Denso Collaboration for Ignition Coils

A technical collaboration with Toyo Denso is established for the production of ignition coils, expanding the product portfolio and deepening expertise in electrical automotive components.

2004

Atsumitec Partnership for Drum Gear Shifts

Partnership with Atsumitec Co., Ltd. begins for the manufacture of drum gear shift assemblies, further diversifying the company's precision engineering capabilities.

2006

Yamada Manufacturing for Oil Pumps

Collaboration with Yamada Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is initiated for oil pump production, adding another critical automotive component to the company's manufacturing repertoire.

2009

FCC Collaboration for Clutches

A technical collaboration with FCC Co., Ltd. is established for clutch manufacturing, reinforcing the company's position as a comprehensive automotive parts supplier.

2012

Atlas Hitec Joint Venture & Voluntary Delisting

The Atlas Hitec joint venture with Denso Corporation is established for electronic automotive components. The same year, the company voluntarily delists from the stock exchange to focus on long-term strategic growth.

2018

Reconverted to Private Limited Company

On January 5, the company is reconverted to a Private Limited Company, streamlining governance and aligning the corporate structure with its strategic direction under Shirazi Investments.

2019

Atlas DID & Atlas GCI Joint Ventures Established

Two new joint ventures are formed: Atlas DID with Daido Kogyo Co., Ltd. for drive chain manufacturing, and Atlas GCI with Gongcheng International for expanded component production capabilities.

2024

Merger with Atlas Autos Private Limited

On July 1, Atlas Engineering merges with Atlas Autos Private Limited, consolidating manufacturing strength and creating a unified automotive parts powerhouse under the Shirazi Investments umbrella.
